Since 1927, Hawaiian Host has been the original chocolate-covered macadamia nut. Combining creamy, smooth premium chocolate and high-quality macadamia nuts, we prioritize quality in each and every one of our products.

- Premium Chocolate: Our chocolate is made with milk crumb. Milk crumb is the process of taking fresh whole condensed milk and blending that with sugar until caramelized. This results in a chocolate that is creamy and smooth.
- No Added Flavors: Our chocolate contains more cocoa butter versus using additives for flavor.
- High-Quality Nuts: Our premium macadamia nuts are uniquely dry roasted locking in the buttery and creamy flavor to give it an unmatchable crunch you will love.

4. What is the connection between Hawaiian Host and Hawaiʻi?
Founded and based in Hawaiʻi by Mamoru and Aiko Takitani, Hawaiian Host--nearly 100 years old-- has been combining the Island spirit into every chocolate confection.
Mamoru was a true innovator and Aiko played a key role in launching local distribution. Although our founders were of Japanese heritage, through their dedication and hard work, they turned their dream of sharing aloha with the world into reality. They had a strong desire to share aloha, connect and build a community in Hawai‘i. The Takitani’s demonstrated tenacity and grit to bring their dream to life.
