It's an honor to receive the Web Excellence Award for our new website. We teamed up with our partner, Moxie Sozo, to take on this project, and we couldn't be happier with the result. The new website features vibrant illustrations of landscapes from throughout the Hawaiian Islands, which put Hawaiʻi’s natural wonders front and center and helped to invoke the “force of nature” at the heart of the brand.
Since launching in 2020, we've continued to improve the shopping capabilities such as launching customizable ice cream bundles for delivery and search coupled with filter features to deliver on what the consumer is expecting. On top of creating a pleasant customer journey, we've also seen a +43% increase in YOY traffic growth.
