1. Wash fruit and let dry
  2. Cut watermelon in half and then in half again. Slice into pieces that are half an inch wide
  3. Slice dragon fruit into slices
  4. Core pineapple and cut into bite-sized pieces
  5. Remove the skin from kiwi and cut into thin slices
  6. Place a bowl in the center of a cutting board
  7. Arrange half the fruit on one side, laying down the larger pieces first, including grapes on the stem
  8. Add the rest of the fruit to the other side
  9. Fill the middle bowl with Mauna Loa chocolate-covered macadamias
  10. Feel free to substitute for any seasonal or local fruit. Enjoy!
