Mauna Loa x Shaka Tea Lilikoʻi Star Cocktail


  1. Add the sugar and tea to a small saucepan.
  2. Bring to a medium heat and let the sugar dissolve. Make sure to not allow syrup to boil too long past this point, otherwise, it will reduce and thicken.
  3. Turn off the heat, cover the saucepan, and let the syrup come to room temperature.
  4. Store syrup in a clean jar.
  5. Remove the popsicle off the stick into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave it for 10 seconds at a time until it is liquid consistency. We’re not trying to warm this liquid up, so keep an eye on it!
  6. Add every ingredient to a cocktail shaker.
  7. Add ice and shake the tin for roughly 10 seconds. The longer you shake it, the more the ice will break and dissolve, diluting the cocktail.
  8. Strain the contents into a chilled martini glass. Enjoy!
