Directions
- Blend together all ingredients in a food processor
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and then garnish with the following:
- A drizzle of olive oil
- A big handful of Maui Onion & Garlic macadamia nuts from Mauna Loa
- Generous sprinkling of everything bagel seasoning

Ingredients
- One 15oz can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 small Vidalia or other sweet onion that has been diced and caramelized in a well-oiled skillet
- Big dollop of unsweetened, unflavored, thick yogurt of choice (vegan if desired)
- Generous few pinches of salt
- Dash of olive oil as needed to bring it together
